1. The service and its operator
zurka.me is a free, informational listing of public events in Montenegro — concerts, festivals, exhibitions, sport and similar. It is operated by DRUŠTVO ZA USLUGE DOO „SPARK STUDIOS" HERCEG NOVI (SPARK STUDIOS DOO), registered seat Nikole Ljubibratića bb, 85340 Herceg Novi, Montenegro; registration number 5-1091626/001 in the Central Register of Business Entities (CRPS) of the Tax Administration of Montenegro; tax number (PIB) 03502392; not registered for VAT; represented by Executive Director Dmitrii Kontsov. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What we are not
We are not the organiser of the events listed, we do not sell tickets, and we act as agent for no organiser, venue or promoter. A listing is not an offer, a recommendation or a guarantee that the event will take place. Any contract you enter into — buying a ticket, booking a place — is between you and the organiser, and we are not a party to it.
3. Where the information comes from
Event information is collected manually and from publicly accessible sources: organisers' and venues' public pages, social media posts, press releases and open announcements. Some listings are published automatically once the source provides complete information; listings with missing or unclear details are reviewed by a person before publication.
4. Accuracy — please verify before you travel
We take reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete or current. Dates, times, prices, line-ups and venues change, and events are cancelled, often at short notice and without the source being updated.
Always confirm the details with the organiser or venue before making travel or purchase decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for loss or inconvenience arising from reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
5. Publication and removal
We are under no obligation to publish any particular event, and we may edit, move or remove any listing at any time, without giving reasons. Removal of a listing does not imply any judgement about the event or its organiser.
If you are an organiser and a listing about your event is wrong, outdated or unwanted, write to us at the address in section 9 and we will correct or remove it.
6. Images, posters and copyright
Posters and images shown alongside listings originate from sources that had already published them publicly. Rights in that material remain with their authors, organisers or other rightsholders; publication here is for the informational purpose of identifying the event and does not transfer any rights or imply any endorsement.
We do not claim ownership of third-party material and we do not verify the chain of rights behind material that an organiser has published publicly. Responsibility for the lawfulness of publishing such material rests in the first instance with the party that made it public.
Notice and takedown. If you hold rights in material published on zurka.me and object to its use, send us a message containing (a) the address of the page and identification of the material, (b) a description of your rights in it, and (c) contact details for a reply. We will remove or replace the material within five working days of receiving a complete notice, without requiring you to prove your case first. This procedure is deliberately simple: we would rather remove a picture quickly than argue about it.
The site's own elements — the name and logo zurka.me, its design, its texts and the selection and arrangement of the listing as a database — belong to the operator and may not be reproduced in substantial part without permission.
7. Acceptable use
You may use the site freely for personal, non-commercial purposes, including linking to any page. You may not systematically extract or copy the listing in bulk by automated means, interfere with the site's operation or security, or present its content as your own. Reasonable quoting with a link back is welcome.
8. Availability and external links
The site is provided as is, without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. It may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time. Pages link to third-party resources such as maps and organisers' own sites; we do not control them and take no responsibility for their content or their handling of your data.

10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the site develops. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Montenegro, and the courts of Montenegro have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. If you use the site as a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
