1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser so that it can recognise your device on a later visit. Some are needed for the site to function; others are optional and require your permission.

These carry no identifiers that can be used to track you across other websites, and they are not shared with anyone. They cannot be switched off, because without them the site cannot remember the language you asked for or the choice you just made.

3. How consent works here
Google's measurement tags are loaded on every page, but they start in a restricted mode in which analytics storage is denied: no analytics cookies are written and no identifiers are sent. Only after you press Accept all, or enable analytics in the settings panel, does that mode change. Advertising signals remain denied permanently, because zurka.me runs no advertising.
If you decline, the tags remain restricted for as long as your choice is stored. Google may still count the visit in an aggregated, modelled form that contains no data about you individually.
4. Changing your mind
Open Cookie settings in the footer of any page. The notice reappears and your new choice applies at once.
You can also manage cookies in your browser. The relevant setting is usually found under Privacy or Site data — see the instructions for Chrome, Firefox or Safari. Deleting the zurka_consent cookie makes the notice appear again on your next visit.
