Montenegro's first certified via ferrata — an 800-meter protected climbing route through the dramatic limestone walls of Piva Canyon near Plužine. Built in 2024 to European safety standard EN 16869:2017, the route starts from the Piva River Bridge, descends to natural springs, traverses just above the river, and finishes with an 80-meter vertical ascent. Guided tours from €65 per person include all safety equipment and run May through November.
